- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The reception staff are not detail oriented (asked for my ID then misspelled my name) and do not engage customers. Doctor and staff are wonderful! Carol in onsite Quest lab is great, very patient and experienced. Kathy has a bad attitude, is rude, and not experienced at drawing blood. I still have a bruise where she ripped a needle out of my vein! Wait for Carol to draw blood or take your chances with Kathy.August 20, 2017by Kim O
